I wouldn't touch this. Foreign based with little detail about what they do, the BoD never came out and said that the share price was being manipulated (in fact they seem to hint it was due to a deal). That there is little information on it should be a warning in itself. It may well spike up on more manipulation as illiquid stocks can, but what are you buying? Its a gamble, not an investment.

New MOU with Komuja out Kuala Lumpur Malaysia . It is noted that most of population speak Mandarin ,Cantonese and English so would Imagine that most of their business will be with one third of the planets population who speak some form of Chinese dialect.With that in mind can see an big push into the Indonesian Archipeligo for the future ?
Can see why RCGH listed on the LSE every body in the East Speaks English a carry over from the old BEM days, it had its uses.
