As you know I haven't been on here since around the placing/rights - but haven't they put up the white flag very quickly? I kind expected another 9 months of dragging on, not 2 or 3.

I will go out on a limb and say, I would be surprised if they get more than 100K for selling the tech. There may well be more value in it, but the Company won't see it.

I think people are going to do the maths and think well they have cash and assets worth X and the Company is valued at 0.......don't it's worthless, the assets will go for nothing, over half the cash is to be spent on winding down day to day operations, leaving just the chairman and a few non execs on the books.

I wonder who is going to pick up the tech for a song ?

Good job you dump stocks while you are ramping them Topinfo or 2012 would have been the year you were wiped out, saw you ramping this one at 5 times the current price earlier this year, just noticed Ecr at 0.25p bid, 2012 a year where you should hang your head in shame at what you have wrote to pump and dump so many stocks before huge drops in their shareprices !

Depends on how much the management want in perks. If they really try hard they could probably get away with burning the last fund-raising in wages to themselves before year-end. But in order to save face, and appear as if they really ARE trying, they might stretch out funds until next May by taking pay cuts.
But by that time sales will be £300m per annum, and profits £100m. This figure must be right - I saw it in 3 different brokers buy notes less than 2 years ago, and DONK[ey] brayed constantly about these on *HIS* thread, banning anybody who argued differently. Surely Cenkos, Mirabaud and Merchant Securities combined must be more trustworthy than little old me and Hippo.
