Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, announces that 786,107 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold on 20 December 2016 at GBP1.48 per Ordinary Share by certain employees of the Company who are persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

David Kavanagh, Chief Technology Officer, David Shepherd, Chief Information Officer, and Matthew Farrow, Finance Director, who are each considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities, have sold 101,502 Ordinary Shares, 84,589 Ordinary Shares and 600,016 Ordinary Shares, respectively.
