Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, has been notified that Nick Discombe, Senior Non-Executive Director, has today sold 1,600,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP3.00 per Ordinary Share. Following the sale of Ordinary Shares, Mr Discombe and his connected persons are beneficially interested in 4,812,788 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.78 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
