18/12/2016 21:20 | A loss making company is a liability not an asset | the stigologist
18/12/2016 17:04 | I don't think Directors own a huge percentage of it now - this is mainly because Gavin Breeze is no longer a Director. Do you have some up to date holding figures Noirua? | ochs
18/12/2016 15:34 | There comes a point when a bidder could consider buying all of Proxama. It would need director approval due to their significant holdings. However, PROX are boxed into a corner now as their subsidiary is valued, probably, at more than the market cap of Proxama. Directors may well bow to a certainty rather than a hope! | noirua
17/12/2016 18:35 | Can't believe I am in this and at a loss , I have learnt nothing, could have doubled my cash in 2 weeks. Oh well a long wait to come then. | nestoframpers
17/12/2016 18:27 | Ah still interested I see. 8-) | hazl
17/12/2016 18:23 | I'll take a punt at 0.15 after Darwin have done their worst . | catswhiskas
16/12/2016 18:59 | I'm still in and topped up today but must say I now have little confidence in the current management. Over promising and under delivering. DPD was due to be sold by June, then end Dec and now 2017. They raised capital via a deeply discounted placing that was supposed to see them through to break even and now 6 months later are having to arrange additional funding via Darwin. If this management team was running a small division in bigger company they'd all have been sacked. I'm hoping for a change. | chadders
16/12/2016 13:44 | TUT TUT Resorting to bad language again. We know all shares are a risk. It is a great pity they have had to involve Darwin. We cannot possibly know the outcome yet but we do know that they have a very desirable product. The main danger I think here is that they might be bought out for a very low price if the doomsters influence shareholders. I 've seen it before. No guarantees in these things unfortunately. I will be standing firm but accept its riskier than it was. The management still seem pretty convinced they will sell the financial arm though,I wonder what's holding things back? If they do sell it then that will cheer everybody up......except certain people here of course. 8-) IMO | hazl
16/12/2016 13:25 | Talking of Darwin see PREM today [RNS out] This is from G R at PREM "In reality, as the Company develops to a point when external financing is no longer necessary, Darwin represents a better solution than highly dilutive discounted placements." Total b*ll*xs imho | cpap man
16/12/2016 12:05 | Will refrain from buying more and watch with interest stig and set my top up for .2 but wont be selling | billthebank
16/12/2016 12:03 | The reason they put out the 'downdate' in middle of December is because everybody knows no work gets done in December in UK. You can forget all the BoD/Lawyers etc being around for any sign-offs. So Darwin have a free month to dump stock and take this share down to 0.20p | the stigologist
16/12/2016 11:56 | Selling probably overdone despite the frighteners put on by the appearance of Darwin. Cross fingers on sale of subsidiary news. What is the subsidiary worth - is it more than the present market cap????????? It will be some time before PROX needs to call on loans from Darwin. Darwin can wait for repayment of loan or PROX selling their subsidiary and buying in loans at 105p in the £. | noirua
16/12/2016 11:51 | Sorry to be proved right but with Darwin's involvement this is so predictable. I will keep an eye on prox. They might be successful in the future but certainly not investable now. 0.2 by Christmas? | 1savvyinvestor
16/12/2016 11:22 | The BoD need to get some news out pdq here as they have destroyed value on low volume trading. What is the point of the Google certified location provider if we don't use it for 1st mover advantage. Who is the US partner for payments and should confirm Darwin is only bridge funding that can be accessed as and when required. If we only use few £100k it is not too damaging. BoD should also be buying? | blueblood
16/12/2016 11:07 | Oh well, we have been here before.... | tuff
16/12/2016 10:07 | some more buyers now picking up some shares ,will prox soon update investors with more news or will investors watch and wait longer for more news | cautoussid
16/12/2016 09:49 | Nice touch from the bod! | alphapig |
