   EGM Results 
 
   The Board is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General 
Meeting held today, 29 May 2014. Shareholders holding 45,196,333 shares, 
being 52.02% of the shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), were 
represented at the meeting. The following special resolution was duly 
passed by Shareholders: 
 
   THAT the cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to 
trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc be and is 
hereby approved and that the Company's directors be authorised to take 
all steps which are necessary or desirable to effect such cancellation. 
 
   Votes were as follows, percentages being of those votes cast: 
 
   40,551,039 (100%) votes cast in favour 
 
   0 (0%) votes cast against 
 
   4,645,294 votes withheld 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 
cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the Company's Shares, 
with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 6 June 2014.

circular dated and sent to Shareholders on 28 April 2014 (the
