                         ("Platinum" or the "Company")

                               Board Resolutions

The Company announces that on 12 September 2007 the Board passed the resolutions
set out below. The resolutions were passed as a result of the Company's stock
being required to settle in physical share certificates ahead of the EGM.

The resolutions passed are as follows:

 1. Shareholders who are required to deliver to the Registrar their share
    certificates (together with their proxy cards) in connection with a vote
    'AGAINST' or a vote 'FOR AND REDEEM' on the Resolution, as outlined in the
    Admission Document of 20 August 2007, shall be granted an additional period
    in which to do so, being no later than 30 days from Completion; and

 2. Where any transfer of Ordinary Shares has occurred prior to the Record Date,
    but where settlement of those Ordinary Shares has not occurred prior to the
    Record Date, and where a vote 'FOR AND REDEEM' in respect of such Ordinary
    Shares has been received by the Registrar by the Record Date, all the terms
    and rights as set out in the Supplemental Admission Document dated 8
    September 2007 relating to the 'FOR AND REDEEM' vote shall, for the
    avoidance of doubt, apply in respect of such Ordinary Shares for the benefit
    of any such buyer notwithstanding that the share transfer may not have
    settled and been registered by that time.

All definitions in this announcement have the same meaning as terms defined in
the 'Definitions' section of the AIM Admission Document issued on 20 August
2007.
