       Scheme and Plantic OptionHolders to vote on PROPOSED Option scheme 
 
Plantic (AIM:PLNT) announces that on 8 October 2010 the Supreme Court of 
Victoria made orders directing Plantic to convene a meeting of its shareholders 
to consider and vote on the previously announced scheme of arrangement (the 
Share Scheme). 
The Supreme Court of Victoria also made orders directing Plantic to convene a 
meeting of its optionholders to consider and vote on the previously announced 
scheme of arrangement (the Option Scheme). 
The Share Scheme Meeting will be held at Plantic's offices located at 51 Burns 
Road, Altona, Victoria, Australia on 17 November 2010 at 7:00 pm Melbourne, 
Australia time.  A phone link to this meeting will also be available at the 
offices of Matrix Corporate Capital LLP at 1 Vine Street, London W1J 0AH UK on 
17 November 2010 at 8:00am GMT. 
The Option Scheme Meeting will be held at Plantic's offices located at 51 Burns 
Road, Altona, Victoria, Australia on 17 November 2010 at 6:30 pm Melbourne, 
Australia time.  A phone link to this meeting will also be available at the 
offices of Matrix Corporate Capital LLP at 1 Vine Street, London W1J 0AH UK on 
17 November 2010 at 7:30am GMT. 
Information relating to the Share Scheme and Option Scheme, including the notice 
convening the Share Scheme Meeting, the notice convening the Option Scheme 
Meeting, and an independent expert's report, will be included in a Scheme 
Booklet expected to be sent to Plantic shareholders, depository interest holders 
and optionholders on Thursday, 14 October 2010, following registration of the 
Scheme Booklet with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). 
A further announcement attaching the Scheme Booklet will be released by Plantic 
following ASIC registration.

Plantic Technologies is based in Australia, where its head office, principal 
manufacturing and research and development facilities are located.  In addition
