07/5/2009 21:01 | fullbreakfast, i've got some in my tdw isa and it seemed to switch over to asx mode smoothly. But i think i'd better check. | rambutan2
07/5/2009 17:10 | Nothing whatsoever received from Jarvis ! | serratia
07/5/2009 14:38 | Hi donaferentes - had a similar experience with Selftrade, but at least have now received the Computershare documentation for the shares I'd held through them. As for the larger holding I had with TD Waterhouse, not even received an STF! And my e-mails to them on the subject seem to be vanishing into the ether too... | fullbreakfast
06/3/2009 17:52 | And what's more, Self Trade finally sent me a form to fill in to convert my old AIM/Crest holding into an ASX certificate - after how many months since they ceased trading on AIM? Complete with stamped addressed reply envelope which they forgot to enclose, and the covering letter had no address or phone number on it. Yes, Self Trade excels again NOT! If it gets any worse, I'll consider selling myself to the French when I will be able to feel comfortable in the knowledge that the rest of my life will not be my fault. | donaferentes
06/3/2009 16:03 | In case holders have not kept in touch with PSG's activities on ASX - the share price is undergoing a recovery, largely supported by successful trials. | spaceparallax
31/10/2008 12:08 | sorry dyfiman. Not a clue. What I suggest is you contact the company secretary at Imate and he should be able to guide you (that's what I did). In the end Barclays agreed to setup foreign trading accounts for me and a few other people i know with the shares and they will hold the Australian listed Phosphagenics in there. A lot of hassle and I really hope it's worth it!! | jaydeee
29/10/2008 14:55 | Looking for Jaydee, please. Am very interested in your post above about getting shares on az company principal register of member shares. Would this situation apply in the case of I-MATE (ticker is imte)which is almost certainly going to de-list on November 10th?? Would appreciate your thoughts. Best regards. | dyfiman

20/10/2008 11:48 | JayDeee What is your plan - you holding for the certificate I presume Can you see a rise before Oct 31st? Thanks | gavapentin
13/10/2008 08:00 | Thanks JayDeee. Can you trade on the Oz exchange through a UK broker? I believe there are a number of brokers who will do this. Anyone know any names? | donaferentes
11/10/2008 20:33 | Hi All re the delisitng from AIM, I just emailed the company and they said the following. They are going to try and make an announcement on this as well, so hold tight and don't sell. "Briefly, members are able to continue to trade their securities in the UK up to 31 October and after normal settlement of those trades the DI and Certificated Registers will be closed and the securities cancelled. From the Company's principal Register of Members shares will be allotted to the members together with the personal Holder Identification Number ("HIN") which is the key to being able to trade the securities on the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX"). The UK members may of their own volition transfer their securities to the principal Register of Members ahead of the 31 October close simply by obtaining from Computershare Investor Services PLC in Bristol a 'removal form'. " There will be no cost to the shareholder for doing this | jaydeee
03/10/2008 10:52 | The last fundraising was to enable them get through to end 2009, so funds should not be that tight. Money maintaining AIM would probably pay for a Clinical 1, and be better spent. I'm putting in limit buy orders at stupidly small money, as I hope that somebody will feel that they have to get rid, regardless. We are already trading at 30% below OZ prices. | outsizeclothes.com
30/9/2008 19:21 | Thanks DF. Though I still have no e-mail! JJB | jjbaumhardt
30/9/2008 09:24 | They should have emailed you that there is a message on S/trade re PSG which does not say much more than above (in fact rather less). They have not decided how to deal with the issue yet and will announce later. I plan to start badgering them for an answer from the beginning of the 2nd week in October - the 8th. | donaferentes
30/9/2008 08:35 | I am a long term holder and therefore showing a large loss. Seems far too late to sell out. I too hold them through self trade so I would be grateful for advice on the possibility/implicat JJB | jjbaumhardt
22/9/2008 11:12 | My guess is they are very short of cash - I am sure the loan/mortgage with Dr West has a connection to the company needing funds and de-listing would be to save money from admin costs when there is no perceivable hope of raising any money on AIM. It's the oldest risk in the book - running out of money before getting your gold/drugs to market. A great shame, but I see these as going bust and then the IP rising phoenix-like from the ashes in a parallel universe. | donaferentes
22/9/2008 10:58 | I have got these in a sipp, what happens in this case? | lgw
22/9/2008 09:54 | does anyone know the situation on CGT with these once off the AIM? presumably it stays the same no gains....but could offset one day one day - it has been very frustrating | teraferma
22/9/2008 09:37 | On ASX last night, dona, finally on RNS. They've always been lax at this end, so no reason to change now, I suupoose. As you say, space, not the end. A reconition, perhaps, that any further access to capital will have to be a private placing in Aus.(at a high price to existing holders) - unless of course they do have a major break through in the next six months or so, in which case they won't have to go looking for it. It's going to be tight, before the cash drains away. | ladybird1
22/9/2008 09:18 | Not the end, but removal of our vehicle for easy trading. Big question is whether to top-up before delisting? As most acknowledge, these could one day be BIG. | spaceparallax
22/9/2008 08:41 | Where did you read that, please, ladybird. | donaferentes
22/9/2008 08:37 | To be delisted on AIM. Symbolises an end to PSG's ambitions. | ladybird1 |
