I almost feel sorry for them; they're now deep into the 419 trap - every new demand for money means they have more to lose if they refuse, as all their payments to date would be lost. And so they will keep coughing up, borrowing from friends and family or taking bank loans or overdrafts or maxing out credit cards, until they are bled completely white...

I really wouldn't like to be Manduca when the penny finally drops among the sheeple that they've been conned and totally cleaned out.

When that happens, some of them may find the information on this page useful:

hxxp://www.checkcompany.co.uk/director/11049966/MRS-ORARIN-FALZON-SANT-MANDUCA

his wife, I believe. No idea if Philip lives at the address listed or whether it's a house or office, but gotta be a good place to start.

No breach of confidentiality or privacy - that's a public web page anyone could find with 5 minutes on Google, if they can be bothered to look and have 2 brain cells to rub together...

he doesn't have the £16k to stop PRG being delisted, either...

"Mr Manduca is now posturing for further funding from his acolytes"

ah, so I *was* right in my suggestion to itsallillegal. didn't think it would take long - why wait, when you have such a willing bunch of suckers (sorry, *investors*)...?

Mr Manduca positively relished trashing PRG shareholders last week on PDLN. I found his words very distasteful and disrespectful, most of the group did not agree with my sentiments.

He also trashed the Loan Notes, and therefore the LN holders, and not without the approval of some of the more feeble minded holders.

Mr Manduca substituted the 'value' of those loan notes with 'his word', having just gone back on 'his word'.

Mr Manduca is now posturing for further funding from his acolytes and we shall have 'his word' that our investments will be safeguarded, but only those who cough up more funds will escape a further trashing. (this isn't common knowledge yet within the group)

Tens of millions of dollars are moments away, still, and appear not to rely on PM having PRG, Titanium, or any assets or business plans whatsoever, such is the belief of the mysterious unnamed backers in PM and PM alone. But PM doesn't have the funds (peanuts) to start the new company required to 'manage' the enormous pile of cash. Enter Robert 1, Peter, Neil, John 1, Robert 2, Michael, Gavin, Jim, John 2, Mike, Marie .....

This is all hypothetical, of course. How could I possibly know or perceive emerging patterns and things that might or might not happen or both.

super - exactly the point I'm making in the 'Motives' section of my letter to the SFO.

And that would also explain why, according to the Minister, PRG did 'absolutely nothing' towards Lemphane - they were never expecting to actually mine. Get in, ramp the share price up, convert the Obtala loan into PRG shares, sell and scarper...

From the fence I'd rather the PIs work together not rip each other apart.

There is only one point of blame here and that's the company.

They are the one's that put out such highly positive no apparent risk of failure news. THAT is why you all backed it so heavily.

It's shockingly poor how investors were treated and what happened to regular website updates for investors as promised.

Do any of you now think that £500k high interest loan was to be part used for share but backs when you can now see the bills hadn't been paid.

The best way to avoid dilution and protect investors was not to make that half price loan note convertible for about 70 million shares of what in real terms would equate to 1.375p each.

That was the big plan nowt to do with looking after PIs.

A £10 million quick hit plan for a £1 mill bet.

The Loan Notes are completely worthless. I can confirm that.
Not fit for chip paper lest the wording over season the meal.

Whiskey Jim - did you give my email address to your dad? I'm collecting statements/affidavits to add as Appendices to the SFO letter, to show the extent of shareholder buying post Oct-2nd as a result of PRG's/Manduca's very clear (mis)representations about the company's position and prospects.

Do you think he might be prepared to provide one?

I appreciate there must be huge conflict within your family between your husband/dad's position and your own...

I suggest you take it on the chin and identify yourself to the forum instead of letting others get the finger pointed at them for your comments.

Highly cowardly to let that continue imo but only my opinion of course.

If you are lady then I'd be highly surprised you post like a bloke. I've never seen a lady on ADVFN post like that and I know a few. The vast majority simply don't have the mentality of the style of your posts.

If you are a lady then it would be blindingly obvious to the forum who you are.

Fest - wouldn't worry too much, the PDLN will get what's coming to them in due course. A copy of my SFO letter to the Minister and they can kiss Lemphane goodbye - and of course they're reliant on Manduca acting honourably, so that's not going to end well...

Itsallillegal, / Graham, ...you're on my mind now.You shouldn't have done that. I'm minded to make sure that you lose your investment like I did. I didn't want to get involved in this, because there are some good people in PDLN. I wasn't interested, but now you've changed all that. Why make enemies when you didn't need to?Silly, silly boy.

Itsallillegal, oh yes, Peter is indeed my name, I've never, EVER made a secret of my identity on here or several other forums.I've nothing to hide, I'm not a crook, I have never taken more than I deserve from any deal.... lest I sleep ill at night.(I exempt my first wife from that statement, more than 25 years ago)You however, are either an internet troll, a serial loser or a pathetic weakling. Oh, wait, hang on, you're all three!I'm relaxing in my hotel room after a wonderful few days in Rome. I was minded to leave PRG behind because it only represented 5% of my portfolio. But now, I'm tempted to come after you troll, Yeah why not, this could be fun. I can hurt you, but you could never, ever hurt me.

Quick guide to Guernsey company directorships

Fiduciary Responsibilities

As a director of a Guernsey company you hold a position of trust and therefore are subject to a number of fiduciary duties in the eyes of the law. These are often referred to collectively as the duty of good faith and include the following duties:
You must act honestly and in the best interests of the company;
You must not place yourself in a position where your personal interests and those of the company conflict;
You must exercise your powers properly and only for the purpose for which they are conferred; and
You must not make a secret profit out of your position as a director.

Some great posts lately.

Just a thought about Whiskey_Jim - an odd user name choice for a lady. But perhaps it was a lady posting under her husband's or dad's ADVFN account?

Good guess Peter (FESTARIO) but since I am a lady and Graham is a boy's name - you are way off the mark. I am as much a lady as Whiskey Jim and I don't see anyone rallying to comfort me when you people bully me. I live in fear of the words that Clubby writes. His keyboard is so sharp. It cuts deep!

Love the nonsense that the non-lnholder is coming out with. What colour is the sky in your world people? And love the way Clubby and co. take it all in as being genuine. Take a pill people. Your medication is way past due.

Looks like the blinkers are starting to fall from more and more eyes. And it *sounds* like many in the PDLN should be in a religious cult rather than investing in the stock market...
