20/3/2017 12:37 | "For the last four or five months he has been saying the same thing in his update - that everything has been arranged and funds are due to arrive imminently." now where have we heard that before? | club sandwich
20/3/2017 12:34 | The truth is PM and PRG out out false information and withheld information so appear on the face of it to be guilty on a number of counts. Until someone takes them on PM will continue to F people over and get away with it. This is not hindsight I pointed out the false information at the time but PM and co advised concerned shareholders it was true and that the city and posters like I and others were to be ignored. FFS PM even goaded the city in an RNS where the city suggested PRG were struggling to get backing. The pompous twit puffed his chest out bragging about it then the company was suspended. HTF the nomad allowed him to waffle on bragging in an rns defeats me. The nomad needs dealing with for allowing that. The nomad no doubt took what he said was correct, realised it was all a lie and resigned to avoid the egg all over their face. There obviously was no ITGT backing otherwise it would have been used, it;s never been said they pulled out. Acrux have never been a leading diamond investor or could ever be called that. £15 mill was never enough and the false loan claims to try and complete a fraudulent deal with Lesotho (who saw through it having done DD). Yet PM is to be loved and trusted. Truth hurts lol. PM wouldn't know the meaning of the word. | superg1
20/3/2017 12:30 | "Seeing as this looks to be entering a new era of litigation........ Keep a level head all and remember, some of these comments may be actionable in court." We agree on that Beeks - if PM ever filed a libel action against you lot then these comments would be actionable in a court. That's the only likely court case that you lot will be part of. | itsallillegal
20/3/2017 12:24 | "that everything has been arranged and funds are due to arrive imminently." Imminent now where have I heard that before lol | ileeman
20/3/2017 12:23 | Seeing as this looks to be entering a new era of litigation, my comments are finished for now.Keep a level head all and remember, some of these comments may be actionable in court. Put the egos and alpha male heads away and try and curb the emotion.Keep well and mentally happy. | beeks of arabia
20/3/2017 12:18 | Seem to have touched a nerve there with a few of you. Does the truth hurt? | itsallillegal
20/3/2017 12:11 | itsallillegal no snappy comeback? or did my wild stab in the dark about Manduca asking you for yet more money actually strike home? Has he, in fact, already done so? Do you now begin to realise the truth of what I've been saying? do tell... | club sandwich
20/3/2017 12:00 | So the lies and deceit on the original company PRG is absolutely fine then is it and of no interest to the masses that lost a lot of money based on false information. It doesn't work like that. So the loan notes were nothing to do with keeping PRG afloat then, paying the bills keeping the lights on. Is that what you are saying. There was never a deal to keep PRG afloat. He told all in the secret meetings it was dead. Is that the case. The meetings in that case were for an entirely new company nothing to do with PRG and all the posting about it then and since is just more lies. Which is it. I'm sure the original PIs want an answer. | superg1
20/3/2017 11:51 | itsallillegal - if that is the case why would the new investors or Manduca want Paragon Loan Note holders involved in the new venture. What do they bring to the table? | sclper
20/3/2017 11:45 | BTW That recent Lesotho news "we have Mothae Mine and the other one will be at Lemphane where we issued expression of interest and to date, seven companies have applied." | superg1
20/3/2017 11:43 | I'll just explain how this works - for those who are not too bright, i.e. all of you on here. No one is investing in Paragon Diamonds or is ever likely to invest in Paragon Diamonds. It has no assets and exists as a Limited Company just like many other Limited Companies. Paragon Diamonds is owned by the shareholders of which there are many. One of those shareholders is PM. PM also has other companies, which any shareholder is entitled to have. Another party wants to invest in PM. That party does not want to invest in Paragon and share future profits with a whole host of shareholders in a company which exists but has no assets and offers nothing at all but a sink hole to that investor. That's it in a nutshell. No secret agenda. No pre-planned scheme. No Le Carre worthy plot. Funding was not forthcoming to Paragon and in the meantime Paragon lost its assets and became of no value. If you want to keep Paragon alive then club together and raise the £16,000 and then simply find an investor who's willing to invest in a company that is top-heavy with share holders who can offer nothing to the running of the company. Can't be that hard can it? | itsallillegal
20/3/2017 10:19 | Can I quote you on that? | club sandwich
20/3/2017 08:59 | I'd be interested to know why Manduca was so keen to pay off creditors like the landlord and Darwin and now he wants to let Paragon go under over a £16k debt. It seems a big waste of the Loan Note holders' funds. | sclper
20/3/2017 08:25 | I'm not suggesting for a second, by the way, that Manduca used overt threats or menaces to induce PRG s'holders to buy Loan Notes: I've heard no suggestion of that. He didn't need to: a bland statement from him that PRG would fail unless he found the money to pay off debtors, and people like Vince were probably forcing money on him. I'd love to have some more detail about the conversations that *did* take place, though... | club sandwich
20/3/2017 08:14 | Whiskey JimWould you mind if I quoted your post 6909? | club sandwich
20/3/2017 07:59 | The definition of extortion is:"The obtaining of property from another induced by wrongful use of actual or threatened force, violence, or fear, or under color of official right."'Or fear'. I wonder whether LNH's fear - clearly expressed on here at least once - that they would lose their original investment unless they stumped up more money qualifies? | club sandwich
20/3/2017 07:07 | yes, shame that... | club sandwich
20/3/2017 06:43 | Your sister, Daniella, used to be very hot. Mainly until her nose fell off. | jack jebb
20/3/2017 06:37 | LNH - and no: I have hints, but no clear account of recent FB shenanigans... | club sandwich |
