I have contacted ADVFN to have your account and all its posts removed.

I've also screengrabbed it in case you attempt to remove it and deny your liability.

You silly, silly boy.

I've saved you the trouble Clubby. Here's your letter:

Dear Serious Fraud Office

A couple of years ago I bought some shares in a company that seemed to be doing really well but then it all changed when the investment didn't come through and now the company has no money at all and is about to close its doors forever.

The chairman of that company invested his own money which he has now lost and he has not had a penny out of the company since day one. He hasn't had any money out of me at all and in fact has lost a small fortune. Of course I don't need to tell you that this is fraud on a grand scale. Can you please arrest this man forthwith as I took a gamble that didn't pay off and now I am smarting about the whole thing?

There are people who took a bigger gamble and tried to save the company by getting enough money together to pay off its debts. I wasn't one of them and now it looks like these other people might have a life-line. I am so angry because I was given the opportunity to be one of them but did nothing. Life sucks, I hate them all, so please do my bidding.

Let me know when he will be publicly executed as I'd like to come watch please.

Thanks in advance.

All my love

Ian Westbrook xxx

PS can you look in to those two imaginary people who didn't come to my house and didn't threaten me as I think they might not come back and I might not be assaulted? I live with that fear every day and am having trouble sleeping.

super, Fest: I have this morning written a draft letter to the Serious Fraud Office. Let me have a precise time when you'll both be online any time today (Sunday), and I'll briefly post my email address to share it with you, I'd value your input.

I don't want to post it on here as I don't want the scum to be forewarned of what's coming for their boy Manduca...

super - many thanks for that.

I have this morning started drafting a letter to the Serious Fraud Office.

Can you do me a favour please and repost that email from Hugo?

Another point.

Liability

I see Beeks and another mentioned PIs may be liable.

Who is going to cover the Spreadex holding it looks PRG arranged. I think it was said at the time PRG had a buyer for that stock post licence acquisition. It looks like a parked arranged deal with Mr Hufford (if he is still the boss).

The exchange on here suggests PIs could have been liable if there were outstanding loans etc.

So do the loan note holders now have obligations they are unaware of perhaps tracking back to the original company or on costs that you don't know are now accruing on PRG2.

I have no idea I'm just picking up on the Beeks exchange.

I suggest loan note holders have a good read of their obligations in that loan note and seek legal advice on obligations and whether they loan note is a genuine document or some botched up con.

At the moment it seems looking on everyone start to finish is trusting what Manduca says, Then have taken a loan note on what Manduca says and are still reacting to what Manduca says.

He would say

"By all means get it checked out I am 100% confident it's all legal".

He is not going to say "It's a fair cop guv"

DYOR

But imo stop fighting each other and concentrate on any option to recover cash and focus on the people that have caused the problem which is the PRG BOD.

I don't intend to get involved in any further posts. I have had comms with a few Prg investors in the last few days, some as note holders some not.

GLA.

Love your work Beeks. You brighten up what would otherwise be a dull winging and whining board. Your acerbic wit and observations are a treat. Clubby baiting is a great sport. Glad to be helping where I can. Just wish I could do more.

Aye - i'd imagine after this trick, there'll be scammers lining up to get in touch.

I bet those imaginary hired thugs had to beat a path through all the pikeys, guttering experts and vacuum cleaner salesman looking for easy prey.

give me a time when you're available to be online, and I'll post it. I obviously don't want to leave it on here too long for the scum to get hold of it.

I am also in touch with other shareholders (not Vince) by email, and I'm far from being the only s'holder to mention fraud. It seems very clear that Manduca was either lying when he made statements, or circumstances changed and he failed to notify the markets (fraud by omission). Either way he's liable.

would be useful for him to share his research on the funding, to prove the lies they were telling us that they had funding to start mining and that mining would commence Q1 2016.

A good while back someone mentioned the golf club that Manduca belonged to. Can anyone remember which one it was, or find the post? A letter to the membership secretary letting them know that they have a conman and a fraud as a member might have an effect.

On that note: I've called Manduca a liar, a fraud and a conman many many times, as have many others, and he's never sued me or anyone else or even threatened legal action. Why do you think that is? Because he doesn't want this fraudshow going anywhere near a court, is why...
