|No idea, we know sector will consolidate, I still believe a merger with Arden is an obvious first step..!?|
|Up 18% what's going on?
Is this up just because of two 4000 share buys am?|
|SP up 25% in the first hour or so on possible bid news.

|PMR bid story in the Sunday RNS yesterday, apparently|
|There is no dividend
The last dividend was paid in May 2015|
|no it made a loss!|
|Are we due another divi shortly, it went ex-divi 4 May last year?|
|Doing a lot more Biz this year according to website.
|Thanks for the link isis - it will be interesting to follow Johnson's progress.
The tone of the article indicates a much more pro-active attitude than that suggested by the annual report of PMR (in my opinion)
And if he can introduce and support strong businesses onto AIM it could do much to restore the reputation and usefulness of that market.|
|Panmure will be involved in the $100 million fundraise...
|It looked pretty rosey when the Dividend was paid. But I know the business well and this turmoil has hit the IPO business, especially AIM.
Let's hope they can recover.
Even the Lloyds Float has been postponed so not all PMR's fault, but they should have a better income strategy.
Looks like a Board Coup - but it had to crack somewhere.|
|What a sorry tale! So glad I took my loss at 100p
It was pretty clear that wale was not up to the job.
I hold cenkos now. Similar business but trades on a pe of about 4 and yields 11 percent. They just confirmed trading is in line with expectations so there is no reason why pmr should be doing so badly.|
|Well something had to crack. Apparently they've had loads of offers these past few years but didn't take them.|
|Up on bid rumours according to LSE|
|Problem is industry wide atm. these volatile Bear markets make it difficult to float IPO's and M&A activity.
Need more consolidation.|
|Board has no female executive director. Just saying. It all looks solid but grey IMO.
2014 turn round year annual report stresses the high standards and quality service but could see no evidence of "rain makers" or innovation (except saying something to the effect that they keep an eye on new models etc. in the market).
There appears to be some evidence that high growth SMEs is the sector that is making a significant impact on UK economy.
What services and value, now or in the future, is PMR providing this sector? Are they (we) identifying and supporting the coming tsunami of IPOs, trade sales and mergers that are likely to happen over the next 5 years?
Can - or should they report on their efforts and role in the incubation of the next generation of corporate players (businesses, not suits).
Are there any contributors to this discussion board who are able to spell out the Value Propositions of PMR and how these are being adapted to current business environments and anticipating the future?|
|'10% rise today but will it last?'
|nice volume too|
