Fair comment timbo and from a logical point of view I would expect a retracement at some point simply because the share price has rocketed over the last few months.

I really don't know whether the shares will go up or down from here Doodlebug. I do however think that the projects they are working on carry a great deal of risk and I suspect that most investors are underestimating that risk.

and to answer the second question, I am generally rubbish at predicting short term share price movements, especially using charts as a means of doing this.

I certainly agree with that comment. So are you suggesting that the people who bought in two years ago should bank their profits timbo? Are you any good at analysing chart patterns?

the idea is to make money from buying shares

Timbo, I refer you back to post 579 and I agree with Burbelly that surely the idea is to make money from buying shares. Perhaps some people may have been put off from buying into this simply because of your negative comments on this thread - which have been going on for about two years.

OXP have now posted brief details of the proposed endoscopy study for OXP005 on the Clintrials.gov web site. I see it due to commence in May and complete in June.

The brief outline doesn't mention any concomitant PK study, which I find surprising.

For the OXP001 study they conducted PK with the Endoscopy study, so why not with tis OXP005 study???

The small (n=10) pilot PK study with OXP005 which reported last month will not be considered adequate by FDA, they will need to do a pivotal study at some stage (see guidelines)

.....so why not do it with this forthcoming endoscopy study (as they did with OXP001)?

as I have suggested before, if you consider my input not worthy of a read, just use the filter button, it really is very easy.

Burbelly, I totally agree with that comment. There's nothing wrong with an alternative view, but when it becomes a non-stop barrage then you surely have to question the poster's motives.

maybe but I'm not sure where. I suspect most intelligent investors appreciate hearing an alternative view, or at the very least, get some satisfaction from trying to wind me up.

Not being a chemist so I may be wrong but surely there are better forums to discuss the technology than a share website?

Yes burbelly

I guess it has 10 bagged from the lows, well done.

I'm not really concerned with the share price and I think I have acknowledged on a number of occasion that the share price is likely to rise on speculative buying. I'm more interested in the technology than share price gyrations. Having worked in the area for quite a few years it is mainly of academic interest to me.

It might be worth waiting for some clinical results before the hubris

The share price is being driven by speculation not fundementals.
