Didn't they also put money into OXA when it was admitted? At 25p if I remember correctly? Only a 90% loss then...

Looks like a giant Ponzi scheme to me - raise some money to start a high-tech business. Run it for a few years, failing at everything it tries, then kick it off into the high grass. Start again - raise some more money and use it to buy off the old shareholders and start another hi-tech business. Make it sound glamorous and exciting, then slowly run it into the ground as reality bites. And so ad infinitum. Or at least as long as there's another fool to part from his money. It's hard to overstate how badly the old business seems to have been run. They now claim: 'Currently we have 32 product evaluations along with a pipeline of 47 additional opportunities. We have also moved three of these evaluations past the technical assessment stage and they are now being assessed either by the commercial team or by the customer's end user.' But what does that mean? 79 cheap/free trial packs and 3 prospects (not customers) showing a smidgen of interest. Look at the financial statement and they say: 'Group income for the six month period ended 30 June 2015 was GBP54,000 (2014: GBP19,000). This was generated through the sale of evaluation and commercial products of GBP15,000' I don't know how much funding they've had over the years, but it's obviously all gone down a big drain. So now they're ready to start again. With this: 'Under the Research Agreement, the CRT is currently researching ways for Cronin 3D to make a device that is able to use the Technology to implement a digital code for the discovery and manufacturing of molecules thereby digitalising chemistry, is inspired by the way that 3D printers can download plans and create objects. The Directors and Proposed Directors believe that such a device could potentially transform the discovery and manufacturing of new molecules, materials and sequence polymers with consequential reductions in development times and costs. The Directors and the Proposed Directors currently anticipate that a significant application of the Technology could be in the personalised medicine space, although applications of the Technology in developing formulations and nanomaterials are likely to face lower barriers to adoption when bringing them to market.' Much of that is gibberish - which University? what is a CRT? - the first sentence isn't even English. And yet they're suggesting investors should trust this bunch of serial losers with more money to go out and play and possibly come up with something valuable that hasn't been defined and fits no perceptible business model. It seems to me the safest way to make money out of this is to wait until the hype settles then stick on a big short and watch it all grind slowly into the ground.

Hi, I have bought a few this morning as from my understanding, the fundraising at 2.5p for new shares to fund the Cronin acquisition, compares to a market price of 2.25p for a current share which will split and give you one "new" share and an entitlement to a shareholding in the existing OAS company. This seems to be a decent way of setting the older loss making business off on its own, and changing tack to a new investment with better prospects by way of a reverse takeover. Seems good news to me. Any other thoughts ?

"Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name of OXACO PLC (AIM: OXA) will take effect from Wednesday 9th July 2015." Wed 8th or Thurs 9th? Pity they couldn't get the date right.

Lots of potential here - ahead of the technology game IMO. Where F1 goes now, the rest of the industry goes in 5 years time...

They've been focusing on automotive applications recently - maybe they've got or are about to get a contract somewhere? Certainly does look like something going on.

New al time low - 350,000 switch between II's ? at 1.25p I would not have thought worth getting out of bed for £4,375 or maybe on 2nd thoughts a last fling bed and ISA to crystalise a capital loss? Still no commercial news - If any real value could be bought by any medium chemical company out of petty cash (imo)
