Feeling pensive!
Just waiting for news to arrive, one would imagine that the extension wouldnt be more than two weeks, and the previous rns states
"The Company remains at an advanced stage of exploring potential opportunities and anticipates being able to provide a further update to shareholders at the end of May."
So end of may is tuesday next week, so hopefully there will be news before then end of this week. But I know these things take time

okey dokey, so they got an extension, which is good, because there is no way they would have got one from the market unless they had something concrete to bring to the table. a little delay, but bodes well

Update re suspension

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 13 April 2011 the Board of Otium announces that the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") were not cancelled from trading on AIM on 12 May 2011. The Ordinary Shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.

The Company remains at an advanced stage of exploring potential opportunities and anticipates being able to provide a further update to shareholders at the end of May.

Indeed, will try to forget about it and will check back on monday. From what i remember previously, i think if nothing is due, then the exchange itsself releases a statmebnt saying delisted
so thats all folks,

nap; so no news today; but, as solarno implies, no news may turn out to be good news. Suspect they would have had to say if were waving goodbye to quote.

Many thanks for that pan, have had a bit of a hectic day in the office and was counting on some good news to get me through it, have been refreshing the browser every 30 seconds since 7am!!

nap; before you jump out of window; my broker enquired from company and was told - "The final day is actually tomorrow and we expect to update the market shortly." - So all is not lost - yet!

odd that, cos i have seen companies in the same situation where on the day in question if they dont release news of an investment/rto etc, they are delisted pretty much there and then. Ahwell, i can wait another day, means i will be able to enjoy the weekend after the good news ;-)

Clearly states 12th. Expect an RNS within the next 24 hours....boo hooo...


The Company's shares are currently suspended from trading on AIM in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIM Rules and Otium has until 12 May 2011 to complete a reverse takeover or its shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM.



The Board are at an advanced stage of exploring potential opportunities and expect to provide a further update to shareholders in the near future.

still nothing? Unless as I said earlier they made a slight mistake, as shares were suspended on 15th of november, so 6 months on, is 15th of may, would that make sense?

The rns states 12th of may, so i would presume that means there has to be something by close
