22/6/2011 22:16 | That's correct. The listing will cost about £7K. If your company is listing from scratch then you have broker an nomad fees to pay these are what really boosts the cost. OTV already has a broker and nomad in place. | pwhite73
22/6/2011 17:07 | Posters on the CHC thread were saying it costs less than 10k to relist. | lufc5
22/6/2011 14:47 | costs more than 300jk to list cudman, but as far as i am aware, i dont think they have to pay a re-listing fee. depending on what asset we come away with will depend on what the next step is, but i'm sure they didnt raise 3million just to spend on administrative costs! Probably just aswell that we are not trading at the moment, market taking a hammering left right and centre! | napoleon111
22/6/2011 12:30 | Try "go backwards" if you want to avoid using reverse. : -) Will surely need more than £3m won't they. Think it costs around 300k just to get listed, then another 100k or so to maintain the listing??? | cudman
17/6/2011 08:15 | we always try to avoid that word "reverse", however, if one looks at the last few rto's that a certain person was involved in recently, that is also involved here, well, to be honest, i have all the time in the world! | napoleon111
17/6/2011 07:48 | .Wrong a shell can list on AIM so long as it has a minimum of £3m in cash. But I understand they are also looking at a coal venture | solarno lopez
17/6/2011 01:16 | solarno lopez It cannot simply come back with £3 million of cash. It must reverse itself or aquire a another business. Only then can it comeback. Now when that's going to happen is anybody's guess. | pwhite73
14/6/2011 18:29 | .Good question we know its cash so thats good for starters. When I hear more I will let you know | solarno lopez
14/6/2011 16:08 | will it be cash and an asset, or cash, to buy an asset? | napoleon111
14/6/2011 15:14 | Just think, when it comes back it will be a nice clean vehicle with lots of cash and maybe an asset | solarno lopez
13/6/2011 09:20 | grantley, if it makes you feel any better, i still have shares in anglo irish bank that are showing up in my online portfolio even though they went bust two years ago! Unlike out otv though, they wont be coming back lol! | napoleon111
13/6/2011 08:37 | OK thanks for the replies. I was confused as to how the online account would know to list the shares for me in my account if OTV was removed/disappered (i.e how my provider would know I own shares in the re-listed company). I called the provider and they confirned my shares will stay in my account inactive until they re-list (hopefully). | grantley
13/6/2011 08:19 | I can assure you both that the fund raising is almost complete but do not know how long it will take to re-list. Presumably they will have to issue an admission document and call a shareholders meeting to approve so I reckon it could take between 6 and 8 weeks so long as they move quickly | solarno lopez
13/6/2011 08:17 | grantley, as solarno said, nothing to worry about as long as they raise their funds and are readmitted. expect another announcement in the coming weeks(s) stating a number of things, for the moment, its just a waiting came. The next question is, what can one buy for 3m?? | napoleon111
13/6/2011 08:15 | Solarno Thank you. I was concerend that they will just get deleted from my portfolio...and then if they relist how my online provider would know that I own the shares and to put the re-listed company back shars back in my portfolio. As you can gather I'm no expert and not found myself in this situation with a cancelled share before. | grantley
13/6/2011 08:11 | Grantley I am no expert but the company will raise the £3M+ and re-list which will give you a market for your on line shares so nothing to worry about | solarno lopez
13/6/2011 08:04 | Can anybopdy advise how this works if I have shares in my online trading account rather than certificate? At first reading I thought that's it, they have been cancelled and i've lost the lot. Then they say hope to raise money and be admitted back...so what would happen with my online shares? I could call the company I use to do online share dealing or Otium direct I guess, thought someone here may be able to advise. Thanks in advance. | grantley
12/6/2011 19:57 | spot on solarno! | napoleon111
