right, well nothing yet this morning, however, i have just noticed that the shares were suspended on the 15th of november, so would that not mean they have to have something sorted by the 15th or may, i.e. close on friday/open monday?

I would have expected today but the info is sketchy. However there will be a fund raise with an announcement in the 24hours

dont mind if they raise cash, i'm thinking more along the lines of resources licences etc
You might be able to clear up my question from the other day, do they have to annouce something by close today, or before market open tomorrow?
And the previous rns states they have to complete a rto by the 12th, does that mean it has to be finalised, or does it mean the can come out of suspension and trade away whilst the work it out? Come tomorrow will we be a totally changed company or will we be dead in the water?

so we are hoping for at latest an after hours rns tomorrow?
Need to have a look at the structure of the co, i think i remember seeing that once all the issued share capital was sorted and acquried that there was a single share holder having like 80% or something of the shares...will read up again, havnt looked at the properly in ages.
On the plus side though, who is to say that we wont get an rns stating something like they have acquired a rake of mining licences in middle east/central asia or something mad like that...fancy that? ;-)

Nap; not sure but rns said 'until 12 May", so I would expect it by latest, some time on 11th.

to be honest thats the exact same reason i got in here, and the only reason, its purely on the back of what they can do (and we are both aware of their previous exploits to date), so depending on what happens, i will take my money and run, or i will buy more when and if we know what is going on, or i will have lost everything thats currently in!
To they have to annouce something before market opens on the 12th? or is it before market closes on the 11th?

nap; went in with eyes open, backing management to get deal. They have strong track record and will not want to spoil it here, so quietly confident. LoL

so, last day to get in. come monday morning, they will either immediately be suspended...or they will announce a deal (that so far hasnt even been a whisper about) and its take off! I reckon the former, with up to 6 months to do a deal...could do with a few pounds after crimbo!
