Oriel Resources Plc ("Oriel", or the "Company"), the London-based chrome and
nickel mining and processing company, announces that on 30 April 2008 it
received a notification given in fulfilment of the obligations imposed under
Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Transparency Rules by Credit Suisse Securities
(Europe) Limited, that subsequent to a disposal, it is interested in below 3% of
the Ordinary shares of 1p each of Oriel Resources PLC. This follows Credit
Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited's previous holding of 20,550,321 shares.
