Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
On the Beach is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016, which includes a Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website, www.onthebeachgroupplc.com. These documents have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The AGM will be held at 11am on 2 February 2017 at the Company's offices, Park Square, Bird Hall Lane, Cheadle Heath, Cheshire SK3 0XN.
