Hi Vision88,

I already am in @5.87p. I did not post my trade since I did not know how many I bought as it was a £1,000 worth. I managed to get themyself in my own name as I re-opened my Barclays share trading account. I did not know I could re-open it as it was my mum who closed it for me as I was loosing loads of money in the summer last year.

Loads of delayed buys coming threw which are delayed by 3 hours. I suggest a strong buy rating on Ofex Holdings since I feel the funding is a dead cert.

Price will stay at 6p or less by close and I will be in tomorrow first thing at 8am. £825 so far, please do not cost me more for this investment. Annoying mum, her trip to Cardiff has cost a lot more than it should have, but she insists to have a life of her own.

Is OFEX worth £1.5m at the current price?
I think not as there is too much cash burn etc.
My hunch, if I was an underwriter, is to look for a 1p subscription BUT that is below the par value of 5p so they will need to alter the capital structure of the company.
Can you image the meetings and telephone calls to accountants - legal and other advisers................sets my heart beating as I was once involved in all of this sort of thing.
