Sven - I'd say NCS is impossible to judge right now.
As a shell it looks pricy but presumably Crosby will want to raise additional capital for an acquisition, so it depends on his clout with the city types and what price he raises further funds at.
Some RTOs are complete cr*p and others, like FTV and FGN, seem to create money out of thin air, convincing the city boys to partake in high priced placings.

In summary, I guess that means I don't have a clue.
It's not one where there's much to evaluate right now.

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

martin - There's a two hour delay on anything over 3k for this stock as it has a miniscule NMS.

Also many of the trades for this stock only appear on Plus Markets, rather than teh LSE, so they don't get fed to ADVFN, an ADVFN competitor etc.

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Seriously though, it's my view that there is a disorderly market in this one- shame on the LSE for not intervening.

Small Talk: Cash shell minnows to be squeezed out of AIM
By Michael Jivkov
Published: 06 March 2006
Up to fifty companies listed on London's junior market face having their shares suspended at the end of the month. By the 1 April deadline, all remaining AIM-listed cash shells with less than £3m in the bank must complete an acquisition. Otherwise trading of their shares will be halted and, at a later date, de-listed.

The London Stock Exchange, which runs AIM, decided last March that it wanted to stem the steady stream of tiny shell company floats on the junior market by giving them only a small window in which to make an acquisition. Of the fifty remaining shells - most of which have less than £1m on their balance sheet - a good number are likely to be working on deals ahead of the cut-off point. If they can demonstrate to the Exchange that they are in the middle of a deal they will avoid suspension. But those companies that have left it too late to comply with the rules face an uphill struggle. As the deadline approaches the value of their shares is likely to decline. Further, any target company they are in talks to buy will be aware of the looming deadline and will certainly push for a better deal for its own shareholders. The biggest risk of all for cash shell investors is that their boards rush into an acquisition that they subsequently regret, wiping out shareholder value in the process.

Balcee- if the price stays 50p+ now, I will publicly eat my words.

The reality is it may or may not be a P&D. It looks likelier that it is than it isn't, but time will tell.

If I am pathetic for argioung that it is probably a P&D you are more pathetic for argiung that it isn't.

It might. The P&D crew seem to be swarming from dog to dog at the moment.

Ricardo - NMS is only 500, so anything over 3k gets a two hour delay. Also a lot of trades get put through on Plus Markets for this one, so you don't see them on your ADVFN tradelists.

FWIW, mkt cap is now circa £4.2mln which seems to be pricing in a near definite court win, with immediate receipt of full missing funds.
Looks like some Spring madness IMHO, with Winterfloods having a good chuckle at punters expense, but hopefully the company will have to update the market now, so punters will get some idea of what is really going on....

All IMHO, DYOR etc.
