Good news soon?

I hear that moves are afoot to wind the company up. Giving the shareholders
a very nominal value,where has all the cash from Baker Tilly and the Schneider estate.It appears the Direstors have swallowed the lot.

At last, an update!

I spoke to Robert Noonan over the phone back in March this year.

When I asked him what was happening all he could say was, "I can't tell you anything, blah, blah, blah". He said there was nothing he could say as he was still waiting on the authorities to complete the investigation into the wrong-doings of Brian Schneider. He seemed very defensive and abrasive, probably because I asked him straight, are we (as shareholders) ever going to see our money again.
I don't think he appreciated my tone but I was a bit fed up with all the waiting seeing as it had been a year since we heard anything.

But it looks like we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
Hopefully we'll see the true value of this stock once it returns back to trading on AIM.

Looks like we are getting near payback time, loads of cash back from those who stole it, [or were given it when they should not] plus all the property sold within a month of the top of the boom . 40p -60p here we come.!!!

Statement re: Suspension

Trading in the shares of the Company have been suspended as the publication of
the Company's audited accounts for the period ended 30 June 2007, and
subsequently its half yearly report in respect of the six month period to 31
December 2007, have been delayed as a result of further investigations into the
unauthorised activities of the former chief executive of the Company.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

Accounts now say 6-8p per share, to this add on 29p plus a good part of the value of property just sold, say 50% so we have 10p from that added up gets to say 46p.Then we have the value of the listing, and the company itself say 20p. 66p in all.[This takes into account profits from work they are doing now.] So, at 13p when i posted, these shares were, and are cheap. [in my view.]

and yet 2 different people on here both work it out to 6p so there must be some confusion over the accounts somewhere which isn't a good sign.

Property sold since year end , more profit here. We have the top director at 73, and a fully listed clean shell, plus a shed load of cash.

Cash of 2.3M has just been delivered to the company, or 29p.This was put down as a loss 4 years ago, see accounts. As i said company comes for free.

forget the calculations, surely the most important factor here is the delay in the audited accounts due to more concern about unauthorised activities of the former chief exectutive. More nasties to to be revealed i think so best to be wary of this company for the time being. Mind you I don't quite see how you work out the assets at 6p - surely a bit more than that as it stands at present.
