whatlarks - The iii pump'n'dump crew are throwing their money at it again, on the chance that there is a positive mention re the court case in forthcoming interims.

FWIW, I think OEM would have made a separate announcement if they were any further forward with it but I suppose that doesn't stop people having a gamble....

Saw this on leader and loser board and thought I'd have a look.

To be honest, I like a gamble but even I won't buy into this without looking into it quite a bit more. This is could well be a pump & dump, be warned !

OEM, is not just about the court case.
What stock is about is tightly held be a few institutions.
Their contracts are good, and any tiny little bit of positive news will send this skywards.
News of court settlement will add to that upward momentum.

Speculative.... Yes.... But with the chance to double, treble, quadruple your investment, IMO, it is worth taking a stake, even if you see it as a gamble... The gamble is certainly above 50/50 in holders favour.

The claim being made against schneider and baker Tilley was a very very strong case.

Claim for over £5M
In both results the Chairman has said they will persue recovery of assets.
The Judge said there was a lot in favour of the company.
The judge set a date for january.

Why would the company not take the january slot??????

Because an out of court settlement has been reached maybe????...:-)

I see a few sellers have come in, well that is great news...
Just gave me the opportunity to aquire another 5k.

On the trades screen there are only 2 deals.
It appears not to have doubled on volume.
Not to mention the price is 18 / 23p,
and Monday it will be 12 / 16p
