   Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights 
 
   Octopus Titan VCT 1 plc (the "Company") confirms the allotment and issue 
on 24 July 2014 of 180,403 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Shares") at a 
price of 92.2p to shareholders who elected to receive Shares under the 
Dividend Reinvestment Scheme as an alternative for the interim dividend 
for the half year to 30 April 2014, payable on 24 July 2014. 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new Shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 7 
August 2014. 
 
   The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
33,523,399 Ordinary Shares.
