Posted at 08/5/2013 12:12 by killing_time Hi Stuart14,Just found this thread, i guess by now you know the answer to your question with the big dividend you received. I hold Titan 1,2 and 3. New company being setup called Octopus Zenith which Octopus Titan 1,2 and 3 will sell 50% of Zoopla, Graze, Calastone and Secret Escapes for £14.7m then put the other 50% into the new company so as to get around the VCT rules as these companies are growing fast. Octopus Titan 1,2 and 3 will then hold a % of the new company which is not a VCT. Zenith share holding if it gets the green light. Titan 1 16.65% Titan 2 16.65% Titan 3 16.70% DB PEPM 40.74% Seligman 7.76% Octopus Zenith Founder Partner LP 1.50% |
