13/4/2010 09:27 | a 14% spread pales into insignificance when you are realising profits of almost 100% in the space of two days....... I bought into rrl with a spread of almost 55% a year ago which paid off very well..... | goz1986
13/4/2010 08:47 | It was a 'buy'. | imabastard
13/4/2010 08:46 | but it could have been a buy as my trade was marked in the sell column, when it was a buy. 14%+ spread as well today ouch!!! | court_out

12/4/2010 21:50 | Not available to buy online today at all on Natwest. When I tried to ring through an order, I was told that it was difficult to get stock because, quote 'the market makers are accumulating all the stock for themselves' .... I can't vouch for the accuracy of the interpretation of the Natwest trader, but interesting comment nonetheless. | imabastard

12/4/2010 15:04 | i think the major shareholders have had a word with the management. Very unhappy with the share price so they want everything sold and the company wound-up with all proceeds to shareholders. Does that sound a likely outcome? | lopsidedgit1
12/4/2010 14:50 | so that means they are looking at selling all their properties. Am i right here | lopsidedgit1
12/4/2010 14:50 | Nordic Land's Portfolio Nordic Land's assets comprise Terminalen 1 in Helsingborg, known as 'Knutpunkten', which is a regionally-important hub serving the west coast of Sweden and Denmark, a prime-located retail and office park in Borlänge and a multi-let retail property in an affluent part of Greater Stockholm. The portfolio is currently well secured on 106 tenants, of which 73% are municipalities and national multiples, including market leaders such as Willy:s, Rusta, Scandlines, Sportex, Espresso House, Expert, McDonald's, the City of Helsingborg and Banverket (the state-owned railway company). Retail leases in Sweden are typically fairly short, at between three and five years, although terms may be longer (up to 10 years), particularly on new lettings of larger retail boxes. It is commonplace for retailers to have the right to renew their leases. Rents are annually indexed to the Consumer Price Index every new year. The quality and size of the tenant base is important to us in terms of providing a diversified cashflow as well as opening up multiple prospects for adding value on lease renewals. Each of the Group's properties provides a range of profitable asset management and development opportunities, which we expect to convert into increases in cashflow and, ultimately, net asset value per share. | lopsidedgit1
12/4/2010 14:49 | The entire portfolio is in Sweden. This is right yes? | lopsidedgit1
12/4/2010 14:47 | yes that could indicate the NAV holding its own i.e. 72p per share or even an increase on that. time will tell. | tomboyb
12/4/2010 14:45 | i've just bought a few on the PLUS market after the "Potential Disposal" news. As this part reads well; ...which continues to trade at a significant discount to the Company's net asset value per share and in light of signs of recovery in demand for prime real estate assets in Sweden... | court_out
12/4/2010 14:36 | up 19.5% and climbing. 2v2 | tomboyb
12/4/2010 14:26 | up 14% and climbing. may well be a good day to get into the late twenties and early thirties.gl. | tomboyb
