04/3/2008 13:33 | Here's an interesting one. Nordic Land floated in August last year and raised very little money but set out to invest in the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway and Finland), predominantly in shopping centres and other retail assets. The Nordic region is very healthy economically and the fund is managed by Lathe Investments which have had truely stellar performance in running money invested in retail assets and have made their shareholders plenty of cash. As with many floats in this space they now trade at a discount to NAV but the value that they should be able to add in terms of asset management is worth looking at. | littlefraggle |
