Tipped in Daily Mail which might explain today's price action. Went to the presentation last week, time management was poor so the whole thing was disjointed.

Recent webcast with new ceo,from proactive investor website. makes very interesting listening regarding their very large nickel project and their uranium/oil asset. Definately worth listening to. mkcap sub £6m.

8th on the leader board, looks like we are getting noticed. Not surprised as Nickel prices have been doing well and given the fact we have one of the worlds biggest deposits I would bet we will get more interest yet.

A positive start this morning after yesterday's RNS and rise. There is considerable potential here and there seems a desire to get this moving. The market cap is only £4 million so there is clear potential for a serious rise in the share price as people become aware of the value of URU's assets once developed.

John Zorbas, chief executive of URU Metals (LON:URU) tells Proactive Investors it is advancing a large scale sulphide deposit with over one billion tonnes of proven nickel resources. Current capital reserves are sufficient for the next 12 months and all the major shareholders took place in the financing of the company.

The RNS on 19/05 looks like Hargreaves Hale have increased their holding to over 10%. The layout of these forms differs and seem designed to confuse. Do others agree its an increase as the URU website shows them at 8.3% last May.

Yes mart nickel flying this will soon be taken out at a very tasty price,uru have purchased a golden egg,the share price will rise in line with the nickel price which is not slowing down.

In response to stockonomist, the price of nickel is today $9.25/pound, compared to the $8.50 they use in their very favourable NPV calculation.

the project is only worth something assuming the nickel price stays high and assuming idiots don't look at the Discount Rate assumption in the NPV calc and assuming you know someone with about $1bn to spend on the capex required.

Nickel price going craZy at a two year high today with no sign of slowing down supply and demand is huge at the moment,our latest project should near enough be worth double than what we paid for it.
