Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on Wednesday 6^th March 2024.

Andrew Milne, Chief Executive Officer, David Taylor, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Richard Newman, Chief Financial Officer Designate, will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform at 4.30pm GMT on Wednesday 6^th March 2024.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
