In accordance with 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, effective as of 27 February 2024, Paula Rosput Reynolds, Chair, will join the Board of Linde plc as a non-executive director and Andy Agg, Chief Financial Officer, will join the Board of Weir Group plc as a non-executive director.
