NAHL (AIM: NAH), the leading UK marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, was informed on 23 November 2017 by Steve Dolton, Chief Financial Officer that his spouse, Keren Louise Dolton sold a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0025 each in the Group (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 150 pence per share and following the sale; Mr Dolton and his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 898,999 Ordinary Shares or 1.952% of the issued share capital.
