The Board of the Company resolved on the 8 September 2008 with
immediate effect to cancel 575,777 Euro shares and 599,628 Sterling
Shares, thereby reducing the total Shares in issue to 60,041,860 Euro
Shares, 32,175,491 Sterling Shares and 21,526,567 US Dollar Shares.
