Nice results. Adjusted EPS of 12.07p and a confident outlook means they're likely to beat full year forecasts of 22p IMHO.

Dr Roisin McNally, an executive director at Glasgow-based intellectual property group Murgitroyd, has sold shares after exercising options.

McNally exercised options over 21,784 shares at 121p and sold them all at 332.16p.

SHE WILL NOT NEED TO ASK WHAT 21784 X 50p WORKS OUT AS!

Odd that for the past 3 weeks, the Moneyextra site has listed MUR as having a high over the year as £3.50 & LO & BEHOLD, we're there.
What's the news - only that Dr. McNally has officially resigned - is she about to bid?

Director sale although actually they were only the options she exercised last week - not sure why they couldn't just have combined it into one announcement. Clearly, Dr. Mcnally is one of those directors who consider their options to be part of their salary.

Biggest holdings ISAble - AVV, LTC, SFR

Biggest holdings AIM - HMY, IBG, IGP, MUR, RNOW, THN

plus several others that I'm in the process of increasing/reducing stakes in. DYOR cos chances are at least one of them will disappoint.

Forecast upgraded to 21.9p and 24.8p putting them on a PE of 14.5 dropping to 12.8. Added some more after the results and looking pretty cheap on the basis of those figures.

You're not wrong - a 150% growth in the share price in 30 months still doesn't reflect the growth in the company.

Gone ever so quiet on here. I like that, so I've bought a few.

Results in a few weeks, H1 up 3p eps, enough to meet forecasts with a fdlat H2 so think they might be ahead perhaps.

Chart breaking out by the look of it.

Could be some pretty horny growth here on a pretty decent PE I suspect.
