MOLINS PLC
Result of General Meeting and Change of Name
The board of Molins PLC, the global packaging solutions group, announces that the resolution proposed at the Company's General Meeting held today was duly passed on a show of hands. Accordingly, the Company will, on 26 January 2018, formally change its name to Mpac Group plc. The Company's TIDM will change to "MPAC" from "MLIN", and trading of the Company's shares under the new name and new MPAC TIDM will commence on Monday 29 January 2018 at 8.00 am. The Company will also change its website address to www.mpac-group.com.
The full text of the resolution can be found in the Notice of General Meeting set out in the shareholder circular published by the Company on 3 January 2018 ("the Circular"), available to view on the Company's website www.molins.com/media/665759/molins-plc-circular-2018.pdf. Existing shareholder certificates shall remain valid following the change of name and no replacement certificates will be issued.
Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.
