Shavian,

Even a royalty agreement is dilutive.

Alexco was a good example of a royalty agreement going wrong, through no fault of their own.

All......remember the last years AGM when hodges got voted off the board they also wanted 1-10 share dillution which was voted against by shareholders........so hopefully with the agreement with COFIDE this shouldn't happen the next faze of the 2nd tranch of money release from COFIDE was mentioned in the chairmans letter dated 1st August once drilling has commenced and reserves and grades of the gold are known......GLA

I hold mine (delisted) in my PP, where I've resereved a bit of cash to top up if we relist at a reasonable price. I'd be interested to see if any of the royalty companies are interested in financing development at Olli, which could avoid futher dilution. The arrivat of Sandstorm Gold (TSX:SSL) has done wonders for MARL in recent months.

OK I didn't know IG did broking, I use them for SB only.

I sold once the shenanigans started, I know how these things work in Canada and was afraid Hodges would succeed. Frankly I'm surprised he was ousted, once these guys get their teeth into a company it's hard to dislodge them.

I guess Diego held a couple of aces in Peru, and that prevented it from going through thank goodness.

Hoping I can buy back at a reasonable price!

Assuming these do come good again, what are peoples plans for trading them?

Mine were bumped out of my Barclays ISA Account and now sit in my MarketMaster account. I do though have a Barclays International Trader account, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to move them into that once they are relisted on TSX and trade them from there?

There was also mention of progress with setting up aspects of mining operations for the new Ollachea Project too in one of the most recent RNS', part of the prep for more extensive development work, should the required financing be secured.
I've still got everything crossed for this to rebound nicely.

Very nice. I suppose shareholders will finally be rewarded big however it's been a long long wait with £ tied up. Either way a happy ending is few and far between on aim

Gold production changes -10,7% in june but january-jun is only 3% down.

Have lost touch a bit with what's occurring but can anyone confirm if the mining operations have / are continuing in spite of all the boardroom cr*p this many long months. If so we might perhaps be due a substantial rerating with the rise in the gold price? Any thoughts?

I didn't think re-listing on AIM had been decided upon yet?

I thought the TSX was their priority, which would trigger the BVP to re-list them as well.

All the i's dotted and T's crossed, trading again on the TSX at least and the real Business of the day back on track by the AGM and just ahead of 4th September sounds like a decent Plan to me.

Hi guys firstly I hope ur all well......now the second bit we have until 4th September to start trading again we need a NOMAD to do this(remember a lot of trust has gone within this company thanks to the SCUM bags)now they are all gone it's time to rebuild relationships with the community COFIDE Diego and the new BODs personally I think news will be out at the AGM around the 18th August I could be wrong but let's see...........we have all been through hell the last year and I wrote my large holding of shares off but hopefully things are about to change......it could be a very very good Xmas indeed GLA
