So MSG is now 22% less than the 1p placement announced earlier this week and that was after the Amazon Prime news too!Will those placees look to take advantage of the discount, especially if they purchased on the fundamental news regarding significant revenue earning contracts.There were several 1m buys yesterday so will be also interesting to see any holding RNSs

I'm not a believer of the constant premium fundraisings you see on certain AIM stocks.
FJET did a big one at 50p recently but is clinging on to a viable business.
PAA once did a 400% premium placing but price never traded anywhere near it.
Plenty of examples AEC another but business is rubbish.

I'm just referring to the spike cash machine, maybe in time it will be worth £8mil
plus as it was earlier but on the numbers it's frothy short term !

Would you then care to explain how MSG have always managed to raise funds at a significant premium to the prevailing share price? Normally the flippers and bucket shops take shares at significant premiums but there's core investors here paying a premium even though at the time they could have purchased in the market significantly less than they were prepared to pay and subsequently paid the current SP!!Have you done any research into the potential these contracts give MSG particularly with the huge commercial audience of Amazon. They don't partner or pair up with dogs! Why would they!? You'll also note how industry leaders were talking to MSG prior to AP contract - watch what happens now!

and lose loads.

I believe they've hit many peoples stops with the constant drop as you can see 453409 purchased at 1.1 and sold a short time later at 0.86 losing over £1100 on just a £5000 buy!!Do people not realise the idea is to preserve capital - not burn it!!

So they raised £250k this morning at a share price of 1p and yet people are selling below this and yet investors saw value buying at a premium. The placement wasn't at a discount but a significant premium!You then have a game changing RNS regarding Amazon Prime and yet the herd mentality prevails!Lots have sold their purchases at a loss and will see the huge gains moving forward.Watch the collection of shares and then the reversal.Time for some more.

Don't you just love people who at 11:40 buy 257543 shares at 1.16 only to sell them 30 mins later at 0.981 losing best part of £500 on a £3000 purchase - PIs at their best!! Plonker
