Microfuze International Plc (to be renamed Watermark Global Plc)

Commissioning of first pilot plant by Western Utilities Corporation

21 February, 2008

The Directors of Watermark Global Plc are pleased to announce that its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Western Utilities Corporation (Pty) Ltd ("WUC") has
successfully completed the construction of one of its pilot plants, the Council
for Scientific & Industrial Research ("CSIR") plant. The construction of this
pilot plant, using the CSIR designed process, started in late 2007 and was
commissioned on 15 February 2008. The plant was completed within budget and
initial results from the plant are expected towards the end of February, or
early in March, 2008.

The construction of the second pilot plant, the SAVMIN plant, (using a patented
process from Mintek, and designed and constructed by Atomaer Pty. Ltd) is
progressing satisfactorily. The plant is being constructed on a modular basis
and all modules are expected to be delivered to the site by 25 February 2008.
Final commissioning of the plant is expected to start on 1 March 2008 and
initial results are anticipated towards the end of March 2008.

The purpose of these pilot plants is two-fold, namely proof of the Company's
concept and secondly, verification of mass balances, including by-products
generated by the process that could form part of the commercialisation phase.
The Company has funding in place to finance the pilot plants and the initial
studies to be conducted using them.

Following completion of the pilot plants the next step in the Company's
development will be to select the most appropriate process and commence the
necessary work associated with the upscaling of the process in line with the
original plan which was the construction of a 75megalitre (per day) plant which
has the potential to be expanded to 200 megalitres per day.

The Directors are encouraged that this first phase of the project has been
completed within the timeframes and budgets set and lays a strong foundation for
moving forward with the larger project.

It is expected that further updates will be provided over the coming weeks.
