The company believes an estimated coal resource for the larger concession is roughly 80 million tonnes and for the smaller concession around 10 million tonnes, but the company noted that these estimates are not based on systematic exploration. To date two shafts (inclined declines), two exploration audits and numerous partially developed and semi mined parts of the concession have been completed and visited. Construction on the first decline began in February 2015 and since then an additional 9 declines are in the process of development

Out of the money means the strike price of the warrants (the price warrant holders pay for their shares when exercised) is above the 18p placing price.
In the money would mean below the placing price.

Also the out-of-the-money warrants give a further cash potential of at least £5.9m when exercised depending on the strike price (which is greater than 18p).

Cash will equal the cap at the current level and none of the £1bn worth of Mcc stake in coal factored in. None of the other plays are factored in either of course.

So we already have about £1.5m cash, the additional £11.6m makes that £13.1m. Our current cap is £5 at 15p. Warrents when exercised will double the shares in issue from 30m to 60m at 18p but with roughly 10 times more cash.

Compared to AIM discounted placing that is a substantial premium :)

Yes what a SUBSTANTIAL premium to the closing price of 15p as per previous RNS - NOT. However substantial funds raised to invest in high growth sectors and existing shareholders will hold around 33% of enlarged capital.
