25/10/2016 18:29 | A nice opportunistic placing on the way IMHO. Cash hungry leopards don't change their spots! | sleveen
25/10/2016 07:44 | So how long have you invested in AIM stock ? How often do placings take place after sharp increases in the share price - watch and learn the hard way sonny boy - ya bawbag | caledoniaman1
24/10/2016 21:41 | So you haven't posted since 14 October since when share price has approx doubled and you pop up about a placing? whats a leopord? | ianbag
24/10/2016 20:14 | And yet ANOTHER Northcote / Mayan placing is surely not far away - a leapord does not change its spots !! | caledoniaman1
24/10/2016 08:31 | Nothing has changed, another placing. Shares back down to 0.01 thereafter. | amoore70
22/10/2016 21:30 | Well, it looks like we have already got the cup - are going to see the handle now? More news to come - gas at LM#20, more tie-ins, Remediation Plant... The only 'snag' is what is required to pay for this and how we get it. Is it going to be some kind of JV's, selling some of our other assets or another placing? It certainly sounded from the RNS that money would need to be raised in order to meet their goals. Must admit though, i'm pleasantly surprised that we are back at pre-placing price. Hadn't expected quite that much movement. | glibgibon
22/10/2016 18:53 | 15bn shares in issue. Cough | tidy 2
17/10/2016 18:45 | Beware pump and dumpers. | sleveen

17/10/2016 07:47 | One isolated trade? What about the 80m seller perhaps s/he did agree? I'd be interested to see your analysis of the balance sheet and cash burn. elevens | sleveen
16/10/2016 19:36 | The 50 million buyer certainly doesn't share your view of a placing and in my opinion could be a well informed buyer! | goodbloke1
16/10/2016 19:35 | Looking to get in cheaper are we Stevens! | goodbloke1
16/10/2016 09:40 | Selling of assets hasn't been particularly successful to date other than selling SH their best asset. I note the cash position wasn't mentioned. In H1 £0.95m was raised and yet the net cash position is barely changed to 30/6/2016 There are a NET $2m (say £1.5m) in current liabilities to pay. £500k was raised in Sept add in $1m for G&A and cash is needed desperately. Hence another ramptastic RNS can only mean placing ahoy! You have been warned! | sleveen
16/10/2016 09:07 | "its US operations have the potential to be operating on a profitable footing". Note the weasel word POTENTIAL FY G&A still going to be $2m even after the admin savings. | sleveen
14/10/2016 13:41 | This is just the start.... | cpap man
14/10/2016 12:16 | Not really! Tis but a dribble! | philjeans

14/10/2016 11:23 | Asturius - any comment on today's RNS? | pilot48
14/10/2016 11:01 | fantastic RNS - Operational profitability now achieved * Cost cutting introduced by the new management team over the last few months has reduced operational and administrative personnel costs by approximately US$60-70,000 per month and together with other measures now in place, put Mayan in a position where, for the first time and assuming the oil and gas price environment remains at current levels, its US operations have the potential to be operating on a profitable footing. Commenting on the above, Mayan's CEO Eddie Gonzalez said: "I am really pleased to report that we achieved this important production milestone. I think it shows that together with the cost cutting measures we have taken, our new team is on track to meet another of our objectives: namely achieving US operational profitability. And if we factor in the benefit of oil and gas prices, which have moved favourably upwards during the last few months, I would say that we are comfortably ahead of our game plan. "Looking ahead, we are now in a position to begin to unlock the value and cash flow from the Shoats Creek, and on the back of that, and our plans to monetise some of our non-core assets, we will then pick up speed in moving forward with our plans for Mexico. | phil1969
12/10/2016 15:09 | Northcote, now Mayan, what next? Share price is in a death spiral, can't see how this can lift out - another placing on the cards IMHO - not much revenue etc etc | asturius101 |
