Just because they can buy up to 4 million shares it doesn't mean they will purchase 4 million

They could be quite content with what they have purchased to-date

Reporting of trades can be delayed kev.
But yes as we know they have a 4m+ buy order to fill, so not surprising if they're trying to encourage sellers!

Really, wtf is going on? Look at BLVN buyback program or Trinity, or Burberry. These are proper buyback. MAYA/FC are definitely taking the mick.

Ok it's only 5k but the company paid 4p more for them than the last lot which for me shows they are true to their word and are willing to pay all the way up which should give pi's confidence to buy and hold.

I managed to get that 1000 at just under 82p but I could not get any more at that price.Online guaranteed bid price edged up to 80.5p now

The 5k is a block ('OK') trade, so could be either a buy or a sell. In the past buybacks have been made with such trades, and typically around the bid price.
