As announced on 9 December 2016, the Company published a Prospectus (comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) in relation to an offer for subscription for new Ordinary Shares in the Company to raise up to GBP6 million, with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further GBP2 million (before issue costs) (the "Offer").

As a result of the demand from investors, the board of directors of the Company has resolved to exercise its discretion to utilise the over-allotment facility and extend the amount of the Offer by a further GBP2 million of new Ordinary Shares.

The Offer is expected to close no later than 12.00 noon on 3 April 2017 in relation to the tax year 2016/17 and 12.00 noon on 28 June 2017 in relation to the tax year 2017/18 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or previously extended by the directors to no later than 24 November 2017).

The Offer is conditional on the passing of certain resolutions at a general meeting of the Company due to be held on 1 February 2017.
