Matra (AIM: MTA) announces that the Board has approved the following grant of options over ordinary shares of nominal value GBP0.001 each ("Options") to Directors of the Company:

Options are being granted to executive directors under Matra's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme and non-executive directors are being granted unapproved options. Once vested, the Options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant, and are exercisable at a price of GBP0.0085 per share. For executive directors, 50 per cent of the Options vest on the first anniversary of the date of grant and the remaining 50 per cent vest on the second anniversary of the date of grant. Options for non-executive directors vest in 3 equal tranches on the anniversary of the date of grant over a three year period.

In the event the Director ceasing to be an officer or employee of the group they would forfeit their Option on the date that their office or employment ceased with the group in all circumstances unless they were considered a good leaver.
