Every share is being pummelled on opening! Wider issues unfortunately! The strong, profitable, undervalued ones will hopefully shine through in the end

What is your interest here Sm0ggyG? Just stalking my holdings like a sad bitter 6 year old? MRS has increasing earnings and will re-rate much higher and I am not selling, all you do is cost weak holders money if they sell now just before a big re-rating. Have a thought for other holders here. I don't suppose you are mature enough to understand that, your childish vendetta against me hurts other holders and kids like you don't care. You are one sad stalker.

Stop obsessing with me smogzy. Its important to try and ascertain why this share is performing so badly when, on the surface, it looks cheap.

A sensible person questions that, whereas a fool like you wants to play the man and not the share.

From 28th Feb results.////////Overall, the Group's borrowings net of cash reduced by $1.5 million between June and December 2017.

MRS Outlook

The markets which BPH and MRSSG service continue to be the strongest they have been in years. BPH is currently working at full capacity and has a strong pipeline of work to complete. MRSSG is experiencing strong demand, with revenues now averaging close to $4.0m per month.

The Hunter Valley thermal coal price has been strong and stable providing confidence for the coal mines to commit to repairs and maintenance and Yancoal has recently completed the acquisition of the Rio Tinto assets in the Hunter Valley.

Both BPH and MRSSG were run as separate operations with little interaction or utilisation of shared services and group purchasing during the financial years 2015-16 ('FY16') and 2016-17 ('FY17'). During late FY17 and 2017-18 ('FY18') the new board prioritised significant cost cutting and restructuring, and has restructured the senior management, which now includes Group Human Resources, Group Asset Management, Group Procurement and Group Financial Management. Further changes include the recent recruitment of a General Manager - Civil and Earthworks, as part of succession planning at BPH.

The cost cutting, and restructuring continues as well as the drive to grow revenues., The board is committed to focusing on earnings growth and shareholder value for the remainder of FY18 and beyond.

1H18, first half expectations of profit after tax and earnings per share exceeding $2.2m and 0.8p respectively, have been exceeded, with 1H18 NPAT $2.5m and EPS of 0.83p, whilst for the full year FY18 earnings per share of not less than 2.0p are in prospect.

Further progress is anticipated in 2018-19 as debt continues to be repaid from the strong operational cash-flows generated by the major changes which are now taking effect.

PMSL at Sm0ggyG,MRS has increasing earnings and has already said it would be paying down debt not increasing it! It is a pity that you lack any decency stalker Sm0ggyG,as you should be ashamed of yourself, as your bashing here could cost some weak holders money. You have a vendetta against me, which stretches back 25 years or more, you really should grow up and get over it. I am sorry that you lost your house and money all those years ago gambling on AIM shares, as it has twisted you into the scum bag warped stalker you are now.Get a life.

The expected results are known about, so in the price. It looks to me like there's quite a bit of forward selling ahead of a placing.

Well said F3rdinand,this is due a re-rating and I will hold as long as it takes to get one. MRS earnings will be over 2p a share but the share price is only 7.36p to buy,way too low.

Shares in MRS are in such short supply due to loyal LTH's that the price can change massively on what is actually very low volume! When the profits are confirmed and the herd arrive it could easily do 50/100% in a day imo. Thus I'm not selling a bean until fair value is reached! GLA

hulk,
Quite a bit more than that now, I have been adding at regular intervals for the last few months, good when you get a low price but I did pay 8.8p for 500k as well a couple of months back, but that's the joys of averaging in.....

I agree and put another £16.5k in earlier. The price seems to swing wildly at the moment, the 150k and 100k sells are still an almost daily feature, but from the holdings register I see, I cannot work out who is selling. If it was one of the bigger investors they would have had to disclose such a large change. if it was someone under the 3% mark then they must soon be out of stock.
The other thing is the way they sell, it is almost like they want to punish the price, they sell on down days.
I said earlier on another thread that I feel there is a slow sell off in stocks at the moment as an early positioning for Brexit. I have looked at companies that should be Brexit proof and MRS with it's operations in Australia seems one that is able to carry on even if there is a market correction in the UK.
