From the URU RNS:Investment in Management Resource Solutions PLCOn 1 March 2017 The Company acquired 7,550,000 shares of Management Resource Solutions Plc ("MRS") from Scopn Pty Ltd. ("Scopn") at a price of GBP0.05 per share. As consideration the Company issued to Scopn 25,166,666 new shares of the Company (each at an implied price of GBP0.045). On 10 April 2017 the Company subscribed for an additional 10,000,000 shares of MRS at a price of GBP0.05 per share for total cash consideration of GBP500,000 bringing the Company's aggregate interest in MRS to 17,550,000 shares (representing 9.59% of its current issued share capital). The Group believes operational efficiencies can be realised to restore MRS' profitability and the potential exists for significant revenue growth as a result of re-opening and/or expanding of mining operations in New South Wales, coupled with the continual demand for New South Wales coal from the Chinese, South Korean and Japanese markets. The Board believes the investment in MRS provides the Group with a liquid investment with potential near-term upside. On 5 May 2017, trading in MRS shares resumed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The closing middle market share price was GBP0.075 per MRS share on 27 September 2018 representing an overall value of $1,726,780 based on 17,550,000 shares held.MRS has two subsidiaries: Bachmann Plant Hire Pty Ltd ("BPH") and MRS Subzero Pty Ltd (trading as MRS Services Group, "MRSSG"). The markets which BPH and MRSSG service are the strongest they have been in years. BPH is currently working at fully capacity and has a strong pipeline of work to complete. MRSSG is experiencing strong demand, with revenues now exceeding $4.0m per month. The Hunter Valley thermal coal price has been strong and stable providing confidence for the coal mines to commit to repairs and maintenance and Yancoal / Glencore has recently completed the acquisition of the Rio Tinto assets in the Hunter Valley. Both BPH and MRSSG were run as separate operations with little interaction or utilisation of shared services and group purchasing during the financial years 2015-16 and 2016-17. During late 2016-17 and 2017-18 the Group prioritised significant cost cutting and restructuring, and has restructured the senior management. The cost cutting and restructuring programme is now substantially complete. Further progress is anticipated in 2018-19 as debt continues to be repaid from the strong operational cashflow generated by the major changes, which are now taking effect. We are pleased in our investment in MRS and look forward to its future growth in value for our shareholders.

URU's RNS is well worth a read today- very bullish on its MRS investment and expecting significant growth!

It seldom helps a share to have dirty, filthy, spivvy ramping traders in it, and it looks like one or two have turned up here.

Those who seem to think it will double on results....deluded imho. 15p will not happen over night. We may see 13-15p circa 2020. I'm not entirely bothered. Yes I'd love these to "pop" so to speak, but I really can't see it.

Right shoulder on the inverse H&S still forming. Will be fully formed once the price hits the neckline (ie resistance) around 8.9/9p - then hopefully we will fly through on high volume. Happy to be patient here - appreciate others have waited much longer than me! In the meantime EML is keeping me entertained as it breaks out.

There are too many rampers who claim each week that it will be double figures next week. It is a slow burner and we should be patient.

Bachmann has sold another 1.25 million, see other thread, since last TR1 but I also believe other punters are selling to play elsewhere while we wait!

Bachmann hasn't sold since last RNS, he's holding for bigger gains. These are IG clients selling.

Bachmann are so close to 3% now we will soon know if they have sold more! Personally think it's just stale pi's who will soon be back in when results are confirmed! We shall see

Maybe you are correct F3rdinand but I have seen a lot of quite big sells recently,200k,150k and 100k and others have mentioned that Bachmann may be reducing his holdings here but who knows or cares? Eventually fundamentals will assert themselves here and the share price will move massively higher and I will slowly add as funds allow because results are near and they will be good, imo. MRS is a recovery share that is priced way below its true value imo and that gives me confidence to hold/add.

There isn't 'a seller' at the moment imo! Trading volume has been very low for a few weeks! Less that £40k yesterday for instance, tiny!

Actually more buys than sells today yet down 3%...ridiculous/////// I wouldn't worry about that, as the MMs simply put their offers to buy and sell in according to what their individual firms books dictate. They usually want to run a level book and aren't much interested in fundamentals or overall buys/sells. The share price can rise fast here once the MMs order books dictate that they want more shares. Our seller here has given them plenty of shares to re-sell but their supply is not unlimited. Fundamentals will out here eventually and the fundamentals are great.

We have a seller, probably Bachmann selling the shares he got from MRS for his company but whoever it is they won't keep selling forever and it is their selling that has kept the share price so low. This has created a buying op and as long as the share price is so low I will keep adding as funds permit. Sooner or later MRS will issue an earnings RNS showing 2p plus a share of earnings and probably an even bigger forecast for the future. This will take off eventually,it is only a matter of time.

What really matters re price movements is are the buyers willing to buy at higher prices and vv in any volume - if not you can get a lot of volume and stay at the same price where buyers and sellers are exchanging shares. There are vast numbers of B.B. posts with wasted energy on misinterpreting this information

Well for every buyer there is always someone on the other end of the trade selling. What is reported is merely where the trade happened wrt to the bid/ offer price. If trades go through below the midpoint then it's shown as a sell and vv, but it's meaningless given the 1st point.
