URU as lead investor in proposed MRS Placing

URU Metals (AIM:URU), the base metals and uranium explorer and development company, is pleased to announce that it proposes to invest GBP500,000 in a conditional placing being undertaken by Management Resource Solutions Plc ("MRS") to raise up to GBP3m before expenses at 5p per share ("the proposed MRS Placing").

If the proposed MRS Placing proceeds, is fully subscribed and becomes unconditional in all respects, the Company will be interested in 17,550,000 MRS shares, representing approximately 11.4 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of MRS.///// I presume this is the link between URU and MRS but as the suspension is only temporary I cannot see how MRS will be affected.

Took URU off my monitor a while back. Had no idea it had been suspended.

Should not effect MRS and if it does the dip will get bought up quickly.

With just 2 hours of voting to go, MRS has 39% of the vote with ORR on 34%, so looks like MRS will win the vote.

I notice Bachmann has sold another 1.25 million since the last TR1. Very close to 3% now and I suspect he will hold onto those long term or at least until will well north of 15p and closer to fair value!

Hey MR T I see you have dumped your ZOO after your rampathon on that thread and you have the nerve so say you sold MRS because we were all ramping this too much to try and get the price up to sell.

Remember MRS should make 4-8 times as much profit as Zoo while being one sixth of it's valuation.

Zoo was always the most stupid valuation going, £300-500k profits and in that time it's market cap went from a low of £3 mil to a high of £125 mil

The small top up @ 7.5p was a buy. End of month spare cash. For me, I'm almost elated as to how many of these I've gradually accumulated....
At these levels, it's a must.....imho.

Dave4545 has been overly quiet this week. For someone who normally posts several times per day, to going without posting for almost a week.....Sold out.....?...mmm
