1H18, first half expectations of profit after tax and earnings per share exceeding $2.2m and 0.8p respectively, have been exceeded, with 1H18 NPAT $2.5m and EPS of 0.83p, whilst for the full year FY18 earnings per share of not less than 2.0p are in prospect.

Further progress is anticipated in 2018-19 as debt continues to be repaid from the strong operational cash-flows generated by the major changes which are now taking effect.

I have set this thread up to draw attention of MRS to a wider audience. The other thread is excellent but I feel the header here will promote this excellent recovery share which is massively over-sold. I expect it will attract a few trolls but with a good header any publicity is welcome. :)

The above chart shows a flag pattern has built up over the last year, the top line of that flag is now below 9p. A confirmed breakout above this would suggest a 7p rise (height of the flagpole), which would also tie in with the gap from suspension...

Well SmoggyG, I have bought 4 times today, but I don't see many others doing so.....

It has got to a point on the 2 year chart where it is now resting on long term support, so couldn't resist a few more....

8:28:16 7.4000 50,000 O 7.3000 7.6000 Sell 83,378 ////// This 'sell' is in fact a buy and was enough for the MMs to raise the offer. It looks like it will take very little buying to move this up a lot imo. If you are thinking of buying then now might be good timing.

Lots of interesting chat and contrarian views here today but let's keep it simple...In a few weeks/ months MRS are very likely to announce profits of around £4 million while having a market cap of under £16 million. Now no matter what you think of the board/ future prospects we are well undervalued using any metric you so desire!

Added to this MRS are servicing a booming coal industry and are clearly looking to diversify their work- as per Fridays announcement! They are also paying down their debt at increasing speed as was announced during the interims! It's a no brainer at these levels; a bit of patience will be richly rewarded!

Oh and just to add: the chart is looking beautiful and ready for a big rise! AIMHO

To quote one of WB's sayings.... Be greedy when others are fearful.

I can see this much higher in only a matter of months. A lot higher if you are talking 18-24 months.
That's where I am.
9 times out of 10, value will out. So the patient investor will reap the rewards.
Ignore the daily share price movements. This will eventually come good.
Impossible for the market to ignore if the numbers stack up, to which there is no evidence that they won't.

If this stagnates at these price levels after fy results, I would seriously expect a t/o bid to rear its head.

8.5p bid Friday and 7.3p offer now 3 trading days later. It should rally it's fallen too far on panic selling, lets face it the market is dire atm

No matter what is posted here this share will do amazingly well due to the earnings recovery. It is just a matter of time. Some shares are more sensitive to 'sentiment' and what is posted matters but MRS just needs the seller to finish and/or earnings results to come out,imo.
