On 22 August 2008, Ellerston Capital Limited (Ellerston Capital) announced proposals to unlock Unitholder value by de-listing the Ellerston GEMS Fund. Subsequent to that announcement, the Board has refined its proposals to deliver what it considers to be enhanced outcomes compared to those envisaged at the time of that announcement. The enhanced proposals are explained in detail in the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum.
