Problem is the one mm in this stock now has a 1.5p spread !

Sometimes even if the company is a good one it's not a viable
option to hold shares in it, Winterfloods are quoting 7-8.5p
and you need quite a swing to make a profit and with a 5k nms
you wont get a good price if you try and sell more if they dont
want them.

Wait for more mm's or avoid imho.

It's got to be worth a punt, spreads and having to buy or sell the right amount to get the best price is a concern.
Historically this ran on 3000 share units so you got a better price for 3000, however that was when the price was 5X current
Best not to buy large amounts for these reasons, its never been a tearaway on the upside

Nice dip to buy on perhaps - H1 results in 3 weeks - co says the improvements will show from H2. Might be positive noises about the outlook at these results, easpecially after the recent Mitsubishi win.

Illiquid and hard to trade tho so caution required.

Litho Supplies to take on Mitsubishi sales as JAPANESE GIANT centres European business in the UK

Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses is to centralise its European division for sheetfed, commercial web and newspaper presses in the UK, but hand over its sales, customer support and marketing for the UK and Ireland sheetfed businesses to Litho Supplies.

The headquarters will be centred in the company's Leeds showroom facility, which will also operate as a spare parts distribution centre and will include Litho Supplies equipment.

Litho Supplies group sales director Eddie Williams said: "It's an indication of how the market is changing. It means manufacturers can concentrate on what they're good at: R&D and making presses."

He said the Leeds showroom "will essentially look a lot like a Litho Supplies showroom," with the "full range of pressroom products, including plates, CTP, chemical, blankets, the full lot, including folding and stitching, and Perfector guillotines."

Williams added that the new arrangment is the result of several months of discussions and that Litho Supplies would begin handling sales, customer support and marketing for Mitsubishi sheetfed presses from August. The day to day operations will be run by its GAE division under joint managing director Bryan Godwyn.

Williams said he did not expect the deal to have any material affect on the group's revenues until 2010, with Ipex expected to be a cornerstone for an upswing in sales.

Litho Supplies is not paying any consideration for taking over the business, nor is it taking on any financial liabilities or buy backs from Mitsubishi UK. Existing used stock is now part of Mitsubishi's European operation, although Litho Supplies will still sell this into the UK.

Williams said that new sales will not be offered with Mitsubishi's existing buy back schemes.

Litho Supplies also sells presses from rival Shinohara, although Williams said that the brands would be sold separately, with the Shinohara team at GAE in the south.

The company will also take on Mitsubishi engineers, sales and demonstrators, although final numbers are not yet known.

Litho Supplies PLC

3 August 2009
Litho Supplies plc ("Litho Supplies" or the "Company")

Partnership Agreement

The Board of Litho Supplies is pleased to announce that it has entered into a
new partnership agreement ("Agreement") with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.
("Mitsubishi") whereby the Company's subsidiary, Graphic Arts Equipment Limited
("GAE") will take responsibility for the sales, customer support, servicing and
marketing for all sheetfed Mitsubishi Lithographic presses in the UK and
Ireland.

Since it was established in the 1950's GAE has been involved in the sales and
support of printing presses and has held the Shinohara agency since 1981. The
European headquarters for Mitsubishi Lithographic Presses will be located to its
site in Leeds. This location will be the base for Mitsubishi's entire European
printing operation, which includes sheetfed, commercial web and newspaper
presses. It will also function as Litho Supplies' new distribution centre for
spare parts as a well as a showroom for Mitsubishi sheetfed offset presses and
other products and services in the Litho Supplies portfolio. A specialist team
of engineers from Mitsubishi will transfer to GAE. The Company believes that
the combination of Litho Supplies' spare parts stores and distribution
facilities, together with Mitsubishi's UK based European central store will make
this among the most advanced service facilities in the industry.

The new partnership, which is fully operational immediately, is expected to make
a modest contribution to revenue in the current financial year. The Board has
confidence that with the provision of new products and services, together with
considerable operational efficiencies, the Leeds operation will present new
opportunities for revenue growth in future years.

Commenting on the Agreement, Michael Hammond, Chief Executive of Litho Supplies
stated "This is a great opportunity for Litho Supplies to strengthen its range
of products, services and expertise. It will not only add an extra revenue
stream but also provide us with opportunities to increase sales of our prepress,
pressroom and finishing products."

You're late to the show again GYAU - on yer bike - you missed APG @ 10p, TTG @ 27p, you've been long in DYS that's just been suspended, you bought NTG on the highs and now you're here deramping - you're a disaster!

You had you chance - I told you you can only buy these small caps when there's stock about - plenty of stock about over the past month and you weren't interested - now good news is out there's no volume in stock.

I've bought, I'm holding - when they get back to 65p I've got a new BMW 6 Series M Power sat in the portfolio.

LTS has been around 40 years, been through recession after recession - it's not some newly floated AIM stock.

When they are back up to 65p they will have several mm's again as they did at 65p before - that's when I'll be selling - to the likes of you!
