21smithy, is it okay? No, but nobody should take any pleasure in others losses. I had a difference of opinion with CR on this one, and like you believed this was going to fail and actually even thought about approaching the company to look at acquiring it (hence my asking for a list of major shareholders) at the end of the day, some discreet customer enquiries told me that service levels were too far gone.

I do believe people may listen to you if you state your case without being personal. That way you could have actually saved people some money.

I expected the LTS debacle this morning would be completely turned into
an attack on me for simply warning others to avoid it.

Again i take no pleasure from todays news but the fact is that it has happened
and certain people were pushing this blatantly ignoring the soaring debt etc
etc, i always expect on this dire site that i would be the bad guy here :-))

Cr, calls me hatetrader, yet he's constantly deramping every stock i hold on
other threads...guess that's ok for him and you lot though ?

Really am sorry for this one going, the numbers just did not make sense. To be fair to CR, he continually warned that this was a bagger or bust.

21smithy, It is not rushing to someone's defence it is merely stating what someone has said. CR & I disagreed on this one but I would have preferred to have been proven wrong - unlike you.

Perhaps, but APG is class, and is for widows and orphans imo. Profitable, no debt, 2.5m cash, property assets greater than the market cap, paying a divi, margins increasing, fwd PE 7 or less. Couldn't be more different to LTS.

Different horses for different courses imo. I can see LTS rising faster than APG if it comes good, doubling in no time - but that's still a big if with lots of risk. APG might double in 12 months, very little risk with all those assets and considering it's been going 140 years and strolled through this recession relatively speaking.
